Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for using Enduro Fit, including subscriptions, training guidance, account use and acceptable behaviour.

1. Who We Are

Enduro Fit is a training app for runners, Hyrox, strength and hybrid athletes. References to “Enduro Fit”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean the operator of the Enduro Fit app and website.

2. Using Enduro Fit

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, scrape the service, or use Enduro Fit for unlawful purposes.

3. Training and Health Notice

Enduro Fit provides training plans, workout suggestions, recovery prompts and coaching-style guidance for general fitness and performance purposes. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

You are responsible for deciding whether training is appropriate for you. Stop exercising and seek professional medical advice if you feel chest pain, dizziness, severe pain, unusual shortness of breath or any concerning symptoms. If you have a medical condition, injury, pregnancy-related concern or other health risk, speak to a qualified professional before using the app.

4. Plans, AI Features and Integrations

Plans may adapt based on onboarding answers, check-ins, workout logs, Apple Health data, Strava data, file uploads, availability, injuries, cycle-tracking inputs and other information you choose to provide.

AI-generated content can be imperfect. Review sessions before doing them and use judgement. You remain responsible for your training decisions.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Enduro Fit may offer paid subscriptions, trials or premium features. In-app subscriptions on iOS are processed by Apple and managed through your Apple ID. Web payments may be processed by Stripe. Subscription status may be managed using RevenueCat.

Prices, trial periods and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period or trial, subscriptions may renew automatically. Cancellations and refunds are handled under the rules of the relevant store or payment provider.

6. Account Cancellation and Data Deletion

You can request account deletion by emailing support@endurofit.app from the email address linked to your account. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable period, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention and accounting requirements.

7. Intellectual Property

Enduro Fit, including its design, software, training content, branding and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app for your own training.

8. Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of Enduro Fit. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enduro Fit is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, training outcomes, injuries, data loss, unavailable integrations or third-party service failures.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Continued use of Enduro Fit after changes means you accept the updated terms.
