Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, onboarding answers, training goals, availability, injury notes, equipment, exercise preferences, check-ins and support messages.

We also collect training data you choose to sync or upload, including workouts, workout logs, distances, durations, heart-rate data, calories, pace, files, notes and related performance data.

If you connect Apple Health, Strava or upload activity files, Enduro Fit may import workout and recovery data so your plan can reflect completed sessions and readiness. Apple Health permissions are controlled by you in iOS Health settings.

If you opt into cycle-aware training, we may process sex, cycle length and last-period-start information to provide general training-load nudges and easier options during some phases. This is optional and not medical advice.

We use information to create and adapt training plans, show workouts, provide AI coach responses, track progress, process subscriptions, provide support, improve reliability, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.

When you use AI coach or check-in features, relevant training context may be sent to AI service providers so they can generate responses or proposed plan changes. We limit this context to what is useful for the feature.

Payments and subscriptions may be processed by Apple, Stripe and RevenueCat. We receive subscription status and transaction-related identifiers, but we do not receive your full payment card details from those providers.

We use service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, payments, subscriptions, email, analytics, crash/error diagnostics, AI features and connected integrations. These providers process information on our behalf or under their own terms where applicable.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers, when you connect third-party integrations, when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Enduro Fit, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and comply with legal obligations. You can request account deletion by contacting us.

You can update account information in the app, disconnect integrations, change Apple Health permissions in iOS settings, cancel subscriptions through the relevant app store or payment provider, and request deletion by emailing support@endurofit.app.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including secure authentication and encrypted transport. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Enduro Fit is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Privacy laws may differ between jurisdictions.
