Privacy Policy

You can build a plan and purchase an iOS subscription without registering or providing an email address. If you choose to add an account for recovery or multi-device access, we collect the account information you provide. A display name or nickname is optional.

We collect training information you provide directly, such as onboarding answers, training goals, availability, injury notes, equipment, exercise preferences, check-ins and support messages.

We also collect training data you choose to sync or upload, including workouts, workout logs, distances, durations, heart-rate data, calories, pace, files, notes and related performance data.

Apple Health integration is no longer available. Previously imported training information remains in your account unless you delete it or your account. Enduro Fit does not request new Apple Health access, write to Apple Health, use previously imported Apple Health data for advertising, or sell it.

If you connect another training service in the future, we may import workout and recovery information that you explicitly choose to share for the same training and progress purposes.

If you opt into cycle-aware training, we may process sex, cycle length and last-period-start information to provide general training-load nudges and easier options during some phases. This is optional and not medical advice.

We use information to create and adapt training plans, show workouts, provide AI coach responses, track progress, process subscriptions, provide support, improve reliability, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.

AI features are optional. Opening Coach for the first time displays a separate permission screen before Enduro Fit sends any personal or training information to a third-party AI provider. It identifies the companies, lists the information that may be sent and requires you to tap “Allow AI data sharing”. If you choose “Not now”, AI data sharing stays off and no AI request is sent. Your plan, workout logging and subscription remain available.

When you allow sharing and use the AI Coach, AI-assisted check-ins, session explanations or AI workout creation, each request is processed by one of these external providers depending on service availability: OpenAI, Google LLC (Gemini), or Moonshot AI (Kimi). We may send your message or request; profile details and training goals; training plan and workout history; progress, readiness and check-in answers; and soreness, injury notes or other health information you choose to provide. We limit the context to information useful for the feature.

We do not use AI inputs for advertising.

Payments and subscriptions may be processed by Apple, Stripe and RevenueCat. On iOS, you can purchase using your Apple ID without creating an Enduro Fit account. We receive subscription status and transaction-related identifiers, but we do not receive your full payment card details from those providers.

We use service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, payments, subscriptions, email, analytics, crash/error diagnostics and connected integrations. For optional AI features, the relevant information described above may be processed by OpenAI, Google (Gemini) or Moonshot AI (Kimi) to generate the response you request. We require providers processing information on our behalf to provide the same or equivalent protection described in this policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers, when you connect third-party integrations, when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Enduro Fit, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and comply with legal obligations. You can permanently delete your account and training data from Settings in the app, or contact us for help.

You can update account information in the app, disconnect integrations, cancel subscriptions through the relevant app store or payment provider, and permanently delete your account from Settings. You can review or withdraw AI data-sharing permission at any time under Profile → AI & privacy → AI data sharing. Withdrawing permission blocks future AI requests until you choose to allow them again. You can also email support@endurofit.app for assistance.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including secure authentication and encrypted transport. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Enduro Fit is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Privacy laws may differ between jurisdictions.
